The treatment

Freshness, restored.

Natural lashes shed daily. It's simply biology. A refill replaces what's been lost, blending new extensions seamlessly with your existing set.

Each refill appointment lasts 60 to 90 minutes, depending on how many lashes need replacing. We carefully remove any grown-out or twisted extensions, then add fresh ones to restore the fullness and shape of your original set.

We recommend booking your refill every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain the look and protect your natural lash health. Leaving it longer can make a full refill difficult and may require a new set instead.

We recommend booking every 2 to 3 weeks. Natural eyelashes shed daily as part of their growth cycle, which means extensions go with them. Regular refills maintain fullness and protect the health of your natural lashes by ensuring we never over-work them.

Unfortunately, we can't perform refills on extensions applied elsewhere. Different artists use different materials, adhesives, and application techniques; mixing them risks uneven results and potential damage to your natural lashes. We'd love to start fresh with a new full set instead.

After 3 weeks, a higher percentage of extensions will have shed, making a full blend difficult. In most cases, clients who wait longer than 3 to 4 weeks will need a new full set rather than a refill. We'll always advise you on the best option when you come in.
