Please read these terms before booking an appointment.

These terms apply to every appointment booked with Belle Élégante Beauty Studio, Chet Bakerstraat 2, 4337 XP Middelburg. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
All appointments are booked online and secured with a deposit, paid at the time of booking. Because booking your appointment reserves that time slot exclusively for you, the deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Appointments are not held without one.
By completing your booking, you request that we reserve this specific appointment slot for you. Because this is a leisure/personal-care service scheduled for a specific date and time, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that normally applies to online purchases does not apply once your appointment is booked (Article 6:230p(g) Dutch Civil Code). The cancellation terms below apply instead.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit is fully refunded or carried over to your new appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit is forfeited. This is not a penalty. It reflects the actual cost to us of a slot reserved for you that, on such short notice, could not reasonably be offered to another client.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your remaining appointment time. Depending on the treatment, a significant delay may require shortening or rescheduling the treatment, and the full price (including any balance beyond the deposit) may still apply.
Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or health conditions relevant to your treatment before your appointment. Some treatments may not be suitable for everyone; we reserve the right to decline or adjust a treatment based on a consultation.
Prices shown on our website and pricing page are indicative and may change. The price confirmed at the time of booking, or communicated during consultation for customized treatments, applies to your appointment.
We take care to deliver every treatment professionally and hygienically. We are not liable for reactions caused by health information that was not disclosed to us prior to treatment, or for the natural results/duration of a treatment (e.g. how long lash extensions last, which varies per person).
